Illinois Archaeology Association
The poster was developed to promote awareness of the history and activities of archaeology organizations in the state of Illinois. With a youthful audience in mind, the colors and images reflect current efforts to discover artifacts from various sites through the efforts of local youth. These posters were distributed across the state and the country via national conferences. A close-up image shows an image of youth taking a break of their dig and descriptive typography.
